Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Hold a valid passport
  • Minimum of 2 years international flight attendant experience
  • Experience in premium or first-class service
  • Availability for 24/7 international operation including night, day, weekend, and holiday shifts

  • Experience in premium or first-class service
  • Strong background in fine dining or high-end hospitality
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must hold a valid passport
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare the premium cabin before flights including setting up fine dining and wine service
  • Greet guests by name and provide personalized service throughout the flight
  • Operate lie-flat seats and assist passengers with seat adjustments
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality consistent with Hawaiian Airlines standards
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort during long-haul international flights
  • Collaborate with crew members to maintain smooth in-flight operations
  • Attend and complete paid premium service and transition training
