- physical strength and stamina to handle demanding manual labor
- capacity to work in extreme weather conditions
- availability for variable shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call
- ability to operate forklifts and other ground equipment
- good communication skills to coordinate with ground crew and flight team

- strong background in cargo handling, logistics, or weight and balance
- ability to operate ground equipment like forklifts
- good physical fitness and strength
- attention to detail and safety
- strong mathematical skills for weight and balance calculations
- ability to work flexible schedules including night, weekend, and on-call shifts
Job Duties
- calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance
- load, secure, and document all cargo in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
- operate forklifts and K-loaders to load and unload aircraft
- supervise and manage loading and unloading operations at remote locations
- accompany flights in the jump seat as a required crew member
- inspect cargo including hazardous materials
- complete final weight and balance paperwork and sign off for flight departure
