Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior loadmaster experience required
- physical strength to handle demanding tasks
- ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call
- willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- strong mathematical skills
- valid forklift operation certification preferred

Job Duties
- calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance
- oversee the loading and securing of cargo in accordance with FAA regulations
- operate forklifts and ground equipment to load and unload freight
- inspect cargo for damage and hazardous materials
- document and sign off on load plans for flight safety
- fly as a required crew member monitoring cargo during flight
- manage offloading process in remote locations
