Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cargo handling, logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong mathematical skills for weight and balance calculations
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Strong background in cargo handling or logistics
- Familiarity with weight and balance concepts
- Ability to operate ground equipment such as forklifts
- Excellent physical fitness for demanding labor
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Calculate aircraft weight and balance according to FAA regulations
- Load and secure cargo safely using straps, nets, and shoring
- Operate or direct operation of ground equipment including forklifts and loaders
- Inspect cargo for damage and hazardous materials
- Complete and sign off on required load documentation
- Monitor cargo hold during flight to ensure safety of freight
- Manage offloading process at remote destinations
