Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including night shifts, weekends, and on-call periods
  • valid forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain
  • knowledge of FAA regulations preferred but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in teams

Job Qualifications

  • background in cargo handling, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • ability to perform physical labor
  • strong attention to detail
  • good mathematical skills for weight and balance calculations
  • safety-focused mindset
  • ability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Calculate weight and balance for aircraft loading
  • physically load, secure, and document cargo
  • supervise cargo build-up and pallet arrangements
  • operate forklifts and ground equipment for loading and unloading
  • monitor cargo hold during flight
  • manage unloading in remote locations
  • comply with FAA regulations and company policies
