Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- willingness to work flexible schedules including night shifts, weekends, and on-call periods
- valid forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain
- knowledge of FAA regulations preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and in teams

- background in cargo handling, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- ability to perform physical labor
- strong attention to detail
- good mathematical skills for weight and balance calculations

- ability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Calculate weight and balance for aircraft loading
- physically load, secure, and document cargo
- supervise cargo build-up and pallet arrangements
- operate forklifts and ground equipment for loading and unloading
- monitor cargo hold during flight
- manage unloading in remote locations
- comply with FAA regulations and company policies
