Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of delicatessen, kitchen, or fast food experience preferred
- Possession of a current Food Handler's Permit
- Passion for food preparation and service
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Dependability and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Operate according to established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by Just Burgers
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and company-standard appearance of the Just Burgers department
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and productivity standards
- Communicate openly with the direct supervisor to support department success
