Job Requirements
- current Food Handler's Permit
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of delicatessen, kitchen, or fast food experience preferred
- ability to interpret policies and procedures
- dependable and able to complete tasks on time
- solid communication skills
- ability to accept constructive review and be accountable
- positive attitude and mission-driven mindset
- ability to work in temperature-varied environments
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the workday
Job Qualifications

- passion for preparing, eating, and drinking food and beverages, particularly burgers
- ability to interpret policies and procedures
- dependable and good at getting assigned jobs and duties completed on time
- solid communication skills including verbal and listening skills
- ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for one’s own success
- must possess integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven, and be self-directed with a demonstrated passion for Harmons' mission and commitment to working collaboratively
- continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, forward focused, and consistent
Job Duties
- follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services that Just Burgers provides
- ensures Just Burger department is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards of appearance
- delivers excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints to promote the company image and increase customer confidence and loyalty
- prepares food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu
- shows a desire for personal and professional growth
- sets a professional and positive example to others
- communicates openly and frequently with direct supervisor
- ensures company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity are maintained
- assists as needed to ensure the success of the Just Burger department as a whole
