Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of delicatessen, kitchen, or fast food experience preferred
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Dependable and good at getting assigned jobs and duties completed on time
- Must possess solid communication skills
- Ability to accept constructive review and be accountable
- Must possess integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven and self-directed
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Passion for preparing, eating, and drinking food and beverages, particularly burgers

- Demonstrated passion for Harmons' mission and commitment to collaboration

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services that Just Burgers provides
- Ensures Just Burger department is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards of appearance
- Delivers excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints to promote the company image and increase customer confidence and loyalty
- Prepares food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu
- Shows a desire for personal and professional growth
- Communicates openly and frequently with direct supervisor
