Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day workflow in detailing and recon operations
  • prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction
  • enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards
  • maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coaching
  • supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance
  • drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development
  • manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability
  • provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth
  • act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients
  • promote strong client relationships through professional communication and service
  • navigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflow
  • provide timely updates and resolve issues proactively
  • maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped facility
  • manage inventory and control chemical and supply ordering
  • monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability in alignment with goals
  • participate in meetings, training, and company-wide communication channels
