Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day workflow in detailing and recon operations
- prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction
- enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards
- maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coaching
- supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance
- drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development
- manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability
- provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth
- act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients
- promote strong client relationships through professional communication and service
- navigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflow
- provide timely updates and resolve issues proactively
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped facility
- manage inventory and control chemical and supply ordering
- monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability in alignment with goals
- participate in meetings, training, and company-wide communication channels
