Job Requirements
- Culinary education or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years culinary experience
- kitchen supervisor experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours
- strong communication skills
- leadership abilities
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in kitchen operations
- possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
- a true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
- capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
- strong training and communication skills
- 4 years minimal culinary experience
- kitchen supervisor experience preferred
- ability to stand/walk for a minimum of 8 hours work schedule
Job Duties
- Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry shop standards
- assists higher level bakers
- other duties as assigned by Chef
- practice producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests' needs in a timely manner
- basic kitchen operation understanding
- capable of assuming department responsibilities
- involved in department training
