Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and supporting senior chefs
  • Take charge of specific sections during service, ensuring smooth and consistent delivery
  • Train, support, and motivate Commis and Chef de Partie team members
  • Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and new dish trials
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance
  • Monitor stock, assist with ordering, and reduce waste where possible
  • Uphold the kitchen's culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
  • Step into supervisory responsibilities in the absence of senior chefs
