Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of line cook experience
- 1-2 years in a sous chef or leadership role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with menu development and cost control
Job Duties
- Assist the culinary leadership team in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including meal preparation and production
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage team member productivity, performance, and training
- Implement policies and procedures to control costs and enhance profitability
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
