Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering quality guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to create and implement menus
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Experience in cost control and inventory management
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, including preparation and production of all meals
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet highest standards
- Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist in creating and implementing menu selections for special banquet themes and events
- Supervise and develop team member performance including training, scheduling, and evaluations
- Enforce cost control measures to ensure financial profitability
- Help implement policies and procedures within the culinary department
