Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen leadership experience
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering quality guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen leadership experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to create and implement menus
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in cost control and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Assist with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, including preparation and production of all meals
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet highest standards
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist in creating and implementing menu selections for special banquet themes and events
  • Supervise and develop team member performance including training, scheduling, and evaluations
  • Enforce cost control measures to ensure financial profitability
  • Help implement policies and procedures within the culinary department
