Job Requirements
- minimum of two years kitchen experience
- ability to work 6AM to 4:30PM Tuesday through Friday
- ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- knowledge of kitchen stations and operations
- strong leadership and delegation skills
- ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- computer literacy
- physical ability to work in hot and cold environments

Job Duties
- train, coach, and develop hourly kitchen staff

- balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale
- manage department priorities as they arise
- delegate tasks effectively to kitchen personnel
