Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training and/or experience demonstrating ability to perform required duties
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- Adherence to health and safety regulations

- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management
Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring performance meets brand and hotel standards
- Inspect daily use records with Executive or Sous Chef to ensure accuracy
- Pull all food needed for daily production from walk-in boxes and utilize leftovers
- Oversee consistency of cold kitchen preparations to maintain quality and recipe adherence
- Prepare cold food according to recipes, guidelines and standards
- Ensure work area maintains proper stock levels based on production sheets and events
- Keep refrigeration, equipment, storage and work areas clean and compliant with health regulations
- Select and use only highest standard food items for menu preparation
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and enforce clean as you go policy
- Inspect work stations and ensure proper set-up for all meals
- Prepare daily production charts
- Attend BEO and other relevant Food & Beverage meetings
- Attend associate meetings and assist with problem resolution
- Practice and enforce safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
