Job Requirements

  • Culinary education or equivalent training
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to lead and train others

Job Duties

  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations within the hotel
  • Practice producing a consistent and quality product that meets and exceeds guest needs in a timely manner
  • Assist in department training
  • Assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Apply culinary education and cost control knowledge
  • Demonstrate basic communication and leadership skills
  • Utilize computer skills for operational tasks
