Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional kitchen experience in high-end or fine-dining environments
  • Strong technical proficiency across multiple kitchen stations including hot line, cold line, and garde manger
  • Knowledge of mise en place systems, station rotation protocols, and plating consistency
  • Ability to maintain calm and effective leadership under high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated passion for mentorship and team development
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and uphold high standards of execution
  • Culinary degree preferred but relevant experience accepted

Job Duties

  • Execute mise en place and service duties across multiple stations
  • Fill in seamlessly across BOH positions as needed during service
  • Maintain consistency in plating, seasoning, and timing across the line
  • Assist CDPs and Sous Chef in managing prep systems and inventory
  • Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Support training and onboarding of new cooks with station flexibility
  • Contribute to culinary development and menu testing
