Job Requirements
- 4+ years in high-end or fine-dining kitchens
- strong technical skills across hot line, cold line, and garde manger
- deep understanding of mise en place systems, station rotation, and plating standards
- ability to work full-time year-round including dinner service 7 days a week
- passion for team building and mentorship
- ability to uphold health and safety standards
- ability to take direction quickly and execute to exacting standards
Job Qualifications

- culinary degree preferred but not required with experience
Job Duties
- Execute mise en place and service duties across multiple stations
- fill in seamlessly across BOH positions as needed during service
- maintain consistency in plating, seasoning, and timing across the line
- assist CDPs and Sous Chef in managing prep systems and inventory
- uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- support training and onboarding of new cooks with station flexibility
- contribute to culinary development and menu testing
