Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in high-end or fine-dining kitchens
  • strong technical skills across hot line, cold line, and garde manger
  • deep understanding of mise en place systems, station rotation, and plating standards
  • ability to work full-time year-round including dinner service 7 days a week
  • passion for team building and mentorship
  • ability to uphold health and safety standards
  • ability to take direction quickly and execute to exacting standards

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years in high-end or fine-dining kitchens
  • strong technical skills across hot line, cold line, and garde manger
  • deep understanding of mise en place systems, station rotation, and plating standards
  • calm under pressure with the ability to lead by example
  • passion for team building and mentorship
  • ability to take direction quickly and execute to exacting standards
  • culinary degree preferred but not required with experience

Job Duties

  • Execute mise en place and service duties across multiple stations
  • fill in seamlessly across BOH positions as needed during service
  • maintain consistency in plating, seasoning, and timing across the line
  • assist CDPs and Sous Chef in managing prep systems and inventory
  • uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • support training and onboarding of new cooks with station flexibility
  • contribute to culinary development and menu testing
