Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years in the hospitality industry
- Ability to calculate and control beverage cost
- Ability to communicate and work in English
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite and Google products
- Professional appearance, care and grooming
- Ability to manage people and work in a team environment
- Required physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and be mobile in small spaces
- Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in the hospitality industry
- Experience in fine dining restaurants and service
- Knowledge of sake preferred but not required
- Upscale sushi experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate and work in English

Job Duties
- Assist sommeliers with wine and beverage program development and management
- Greet and welcome guests
- Coordinate and oversee service with the sushi chef team
- Calculate and control beverage cost
- Communicate and work effectively in English
- Manage people and work in a team environment
- Support the seamless delivery of high-end dining experiences
