Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to calculate and control beverage cost
  • Ability to communicate and work in English
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite and Google products
  • Professional appearance, care and grooming
  • Ability to manage people and work in a team environment
  • Required physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and be mobile in small spaces
  • Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in fine dining restaurants and service
  • Knowledge of sake preferred but not required
  • Upscale sushi experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate and work in English

Job Duties

  • Assist sommeliers with wine and beverage program development and management
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Coordinate and oversee service with the sushi chef team
  • Calculate and control beverage cost
  • Communicate and work effectively in English
  • Manage people and work in a team environment
  • Support the seamless delivery of high-end dining experiences
