Job Requirements
- fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- three plus years in the hospitality industry
- knowledge of sake preferred
- ability to calculate and control beverage cost
- respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- wine, sake, and cocktail service knowledge
- ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- composure and humility under pressure
