Job Requirements
- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- 3+ years in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of sake preferred but not required
- Ability to calculate and control beverage cost
- Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- Wine, sake, and cocktail service knowledge
- Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- Composure and humility under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist sommeliers with the wine and beverage program development
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and oversee service with the chef team
- Manage beverage cost calculation and control
- Maintain composure and humility under pressure
- Engage guests with warmth and restraint while reading the room
- Ensure pacing, detail, and teamwork in service delivery
