Job Requirements

  • 3+ years hospitality industry experience
  • knowledge of sake preferred
  • experience in fine dining service
  • ability to calculate and control beverage cost
  • ability to communicate in English
  • competency in Microsoft Office and Google products
  • professional appearance and grooming
  • ability to manage team
  • physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the hospitality industry
  • knowledge of sake preferred but not required
  • experience in fine dining restaurants and service
  • upscale sushi experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate and work in English
  • competency in Microsoft Office suite and Google products
  • professional appearance, care, and grooming
  • ability to manage people and work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • assist sommeliers with wine and beverage program development and management
  • greet and welcome guests
  • coordinate and oversee service with the Sushi Chef team
  • calculate and control beverage cost
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • communicate effectively in English
  • manage teamwork and support team environment
