Job Duties
- Manage all activities surrounding shipment preparation and coordination for operations including order adjustments, product inspection arrangement, shipment maintenance, and preparation of warehouse documents
- Enter data related to order entry, pricing, booking, and delivery information in SUS system
- Prepare export and customs documentation ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Coordinate freight with logistics teams and freight forwarders for timely delivery
- Manage a small customer portfolio providing education on products, respond to inquiries, collect payments, and resolve shipment issues
- Collaborate with merchandising and product registration departments to ensure order fulfillment and product approval
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, provide counsel on products and services, and proactively solicit new orders and sales opportunities
