Each Pinstripes location offers a unique atmosphere with dynamic layouts and designs, ensuring no two venues are ever the same. Our venues typically host hundreds of guests weekly in various areas including our Bistro, Bowling lanes, Bocce courts, or Bar sections. Job Requirements
- Knowledge of training manual specs and company standards
- Ability to uphold food, beverage, service, and aesthetic standards
- Capability to open and close venue with proper aesthetics
- Attention to detail and shift flow management
- Ownership of assigned areas and staffing levels
- Active control of labor budgets
- Ability to hold pre-shifts and coach staff
- Skills in handling guest situations and community engagement
- Must be 21 years old or over
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of service, hosting, and bar workgroups
- Ability to analyze financial data and budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Experience in running shifts and maintaining operational standards
- Ability to handle disciplinary conversations professionally
Job Duties
- Manage different venue zones effectively
- Oversee and execute private events smoothly
- Analyze daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports
- Run and execute shifts ensuring quality and efficiency
- Maintain company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
- Coach and mentor staff through training and pre-shifts
- Handle guest relations and resolve guest concerns proactively
