Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a Coeur d'Alene tribal gaming license
- 6 months to 2 years marketing, casino VIP, casino floor, or casino player's club experience
- Two years working in customer service related field
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency with Patron
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop new VIP accounts through direct and indirect contact
- Reactivate players that haven't played at the property for 18+ months
- Maximize existing revenue streams utilizing the active database by driving guest visits to the property and providing a customized gaming experience
- Maintain solid relationships with VIP guests and assist in building loyalty
- Keep guests informed of exclusive property wide events and promotions by using all available methods of communication including telephone, email, and direct mail
- Make arrangements for hotel accommodations, food and beverage, special events, golf, promotions, and other items as needed
- Manage comp decisions according to company guidelines
- Assist difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional, and prudent manner
- Clearly communicate any guest complaints or issues to the proper department and document the information in Patron
- Consistently strive to achieve and uphold departmental goals and competitive strategy
- Other projects and duties as assigned
