Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain a Coeur d'Alene tribal gaming license
  • 6 months to 2 years marketing, casino VIP, casino floor, or casino player's club experience
  • Two years working in customer service related field
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Patron

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business and/or marketing or equivalent preferred

  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Develop new VIP accounts through direct and indirect contact
  • Reactivate players that haven't played at the property for 18+ months
  • Maximize existing revenue streams utilizing the active database by driving guest visits to the property and providing a customized gaming experience
  • Maintain solid relationships with VIP guests and assist in building loyalty
  • Keep guests informed of exclusive property wide events and promotions by using all available methods of communication including telephone, email, and direct mail
  • Make arrangements for hotel accommodations, food and beverage, special events, golf, promotions, and other items as needed
  • Manage comp decisions according to company guidelines
  • Assist difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional, and prudent manner
  • Clearly communicate any guest complaints or issues to the proper department and document the information in Patron
  • Consistently strive to achieve and uphold departmental goals and competitive strategy
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
