Job Duties

  • Support our sous chef and kitchen manager with food preparation, menu execution, and daily kitchen operations
  • ensure consistency and quality in all dishes by following The Sicilian Butcher's signature recipes
  • help train and mentor kitchen staff in food safety, preparation techniques, and best practices
  • take a leading role in food safety, temperature control, and quality assurance
  • oversee activities of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring an efficient, clean, and productive workspace
  • assist with inventory management, ordering food products, and controlling food costs
  • contribute to catering and special events, supporting seamless food preparation and service
