Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- College degree preferred
- Two to three years related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong communication skills to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to have a positive and respectful customer service attitude
- Capacity to adapt easily to workplace changes
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and merchandising
- Leadership skills including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Understanding of FDA and local health codes on sanitation
- Proficient in cash handling and transaction procedures
- Ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead by example and model correct behavior and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Use management tools to ensure department success
- Perform all essential duties of a Juice Bar clerk
- Operate cash register following established policies and procedures
- Accurately record customer transactions including payment acceptance
- Balance cash register accurately
- Assign duties and ensure compliance with policies
- Educate customers on Juice Bar products
- Order, receive, and merchandise all Juice Bar items from delivery to sale
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules
- Manage labor and supply costs for cost control
- Package, display, and price Juice Bar merchandise
- Implement and maintain marketing programs
- Train staff in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
- Conduct and manage inventory and waste control
- Maintain quality and sanitation standards as per FDA and local health codes
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of chemicals
- Follow FIFO system for product freshness
- Enforce customer service policies and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain high standards in service, appearance, quality, cleanliness, and leadership
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
