Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of past experience in administrative or data support preferably within a consumer products or sales brokerage environment or a recent university graduate with applicable internships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and email applications
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Highly proactive and motivated self-starter
- Attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties
- Create and manage essential customer paperwork and documents using various digital and software platforms including Acosta Sprint Acosta Relay and Microsoft Excel
- Provide administrative support for client financial planning tools including creating and updating customer promotional events as needed
- Perform reconciliation of promotional funds trade spend addressing alert notifications for claims and confirming that fund balances match client financial goals
- Monitor new customer orders for alerts to ensure that pricing and promotions are applied accurately
- Support the accurate submission of data for product price adjustments new product introductions and public-facing customer information within relevant databases
- Contribute to additional tasks as required to support overall planning execution and success of client promotional campaigns
- Prepare and serve a range of juice smoothie and specialty food items with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
