Job Requirements
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to safely prepare juice or specialty products
- Possession of applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs several times daily
- Ability to push wheeled machines weighing 50-600 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb using a 6-foot step stool if necessary
- Ability to read and understand safety and food compliance instructions
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated conditions and near hot equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work varied hours throughout the day
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and specialty products
- Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- Applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- Fully read materials that accompany product demonstrations to understand program scope, instructions, production requirements and program compliance
- Follow all safety requirements when using equipment, practice proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to all safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal procedures
- Accurately complete all reporting requirements including online
- Regularly check product event schedules and communications for updates
- Complete certifications and attend required training sessions
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines for machine operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area
- Assist teammates with event set-up, clean-up, and kitchen duties
- Conduct food sampling and demonstrations
- Follow general set-up and teardown guidelines
