Job Duties
- Create and manage essential customer paperwork and documents using various digital and software platforms including Acosta Sprint, Acosta Relay, and Microsoft Excel
- Provide administrative support for client financial planning tools including creating and updating customer promotional events
- Perform reconciliation of promotional funds (trade spend), addressing alert notifications for claims and confirming fund balances
- Monitor new customer orders for alerts to ensure pricing and promotions are applied accurately
- Support the accurate submission of data for product price adjustments, new product introductions, and public-facing customer information
- Contribute to additional tasks as required to support overall planning, execution, and success of client promotional campaigns
- Prepare and serve a range of juice, smoothie, and specialty food items with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
