Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous relevant experience preferred
- ability to lift and continuously carry a minimum of 50 lbs
- capability to push heavy equipment (50-600 lbs)
- willingness to stand for extended periods
- ability to work varied shifts
- ability to climb and use a 6-foot step stool
- ability to operate machinery and sharp utensils safely
- visual acuity to read instructions
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- English language proficiency
- adherence to safety and food handling regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing or demonstrations
- experience in food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely and effectively prepare juice and specialty products
- ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and understand complex instructions
- teamwork and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- fully read and understand materials accompanying product demonstrations
- follow all safety requirements when using equipment
- adhere to food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal procedures
- complete all reporting requirements accurately
- monitor product event schedule and communications
- complete certifications and attend special training sessions
- maintain a clean, sterile and safe work area
- assist teammates with event set-up or clean-up
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations
- follow set-up and teardown guidelines
- comply with machine operation, cleaning and maintenance safety and guidelines
- perform any other job-related tasks as directed
