Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or food service preferred
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- ability to continuously lift a minimum of 50 pounds several times per day
- ability to push heavy wheeled equipment weighing between 50-600 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work varied hours as required
- physical ability to climb a 6-foot step stool if necessary
- strong visual acuity to read instructions for safety and compliance
- ability to work in environments with exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, and hot equipment
- effective communication skills in English
- willingness to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase
- ability to conduct demonstration and sampling events of other products as needed
- applicable state and local food safety certification or license
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- ability to read and understand written and spoken instructions related to safety and food handling
- physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds multiple times daily and perform extended periods of standing
- ability to work varied hours including use of a 6-foot step stool when required
Job Duties
- Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- fully read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope, instructions, production requirements, and compliance
- follow all safety requirements when using equipment such as hot machinery or sharp blades
- adhere to all required tasks related to safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal
- accurately complete all reporting requirements including online submissions
- regularly check product event schedules and emails for updates and supervisor requests
- complete certifications and attend special training sessions as required
- follow safety guidelines for machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
- maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area using proper chemicals and equipment
- assist teammates with event setup, clean-up, and kitchen duties as needed
- conduct food sampling and demonstrations supporting business needs while following general setup and teardown guidelines
