Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training preferred
  • proficient in personal computer and mobile device use
  • local food handler permit may be required
  • able to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • able to use hands and fingers to handle equipment
  • able to reach overhead tasks up to 65 inches
  • able to talk and hear effectively
  • able to read and follow instructions
  • able to stoop, kneel, squat, climb ladders, balance
  • able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
  • able to push and pull weighted demonstration carts
  • able to use cooking utensils and small appliances
  • able to work in retail store environment with limited travel
  • maintain professional grooming and appearance
  • English language proficiency
  • willingness to follow dress code and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to three months related experience or training preferred
  • proficient in using and navigating personal computers and mobile devices with applications and internal systems
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
  • local food handler's permit may be required

Job Duties

  • Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented
  • proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell products to consumers
  • effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
  • maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
  • uphold a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
  • set up and prepare event tables for execution
  • achieve 100% execution on assigned work
  • assist with client visit preparations and audit corrections
  • build and maintain rapport with store personnel
  • complete expense reports as per company policy
  • accurately prepare and submit all online requirements same day as event execution
  • access internet and use company electronic systems including Microsoft Outlook and viewing documents such as Word and PDF forms
