Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Capability to use hands and fingers for handling tasks
- Ability to reach overhead tasks up to 65 inches
- Good verbal communication skills
- Visual ability to read instructions and perform events
- Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up ladder
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart
- Experience using cleaning chemicals safely
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Proficiency with computer and electronic systems
- Ability to follow retailer dress code requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Proficient in using and navigating personal computers or mobile devices
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and common document formats
- Local food handler's permit may be required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
Job Duties
- Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented
- Proactively intercept, engage, and interact with consumers to sell products
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with job requirements
- Properly set up and prepare event tables
- Achieve 100 percent execution on assigned work
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
- Complete expense reports according to company policy
- Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on event day
- Access internet and utilize company electronic systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms
