Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in computer navigation and online system use
- Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional appearance and grooming
- Willingness to comply with safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to handle physical demands including climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting
- Ability to complete reports and audit corrections
- Availability to work up to 25 hours per week
- English language proficiency
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training preferred
- Proficient computer skills including ability to navigate personal computer or mobile device applications and internal systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and view documents including Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Local food handlers permit may be required
Job Duties
- Complete in-store food and non-food product demonstrations
- Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of products represented
- Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
- Engage and intercept consumers professionally
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
