- prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of product preparation areas
- follow safety and quality standards
- ensure accurate portion control
- manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- assist in inventory restocking and ordering
- support team members in daily operations
