Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in product marketing or food service preferred
- Ability to safely prepare specialty food and beverage products
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to push wheeled machinery weighing 50-600 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use sharp utensils and machinery safely
- Willingness to work varied hours
- Ability to climb and use a 6' step stool when necessary
- Capability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and hot environments
- English language proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in product marketing, product demonstrations, or the food, beverage, or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase
- Ability to conduct demonstration and sampling events as needed
- Applicable state and local food safety certification or license
Job Duties
- Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products
- Fully read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope, instructions, production requirements, and compliance
- Follow all safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to safe food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures
- Accurately complete all required reporting including online documentation
- Regularly check product event schedules and emails for updates, instructions, and supervisor requests
- Complete certifications and attend special training sessions as required
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines for machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and kitchen duties as needed
- Conduct food sampling and demonstrations following general setup and teardown guidelines
