Job Requirements

At least 14 years old or the legal working age in your area
Ready to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and at least 3 days
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move around including in coolers and freezers
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Basic technical proficiency with computer tools
Passion for healthy, organic food and alignment with company mission
Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Greet every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare and serve SunLife's healthy and delicious drinks
Master product knowledge to offer recommendations and nutrition tips
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Maintain cleanliness of the store, tools, and equipment
Keep the store environment positive and energetic
Uphold SunLife's mission and values in daily activities
