Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or food service management
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

  • Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of organic juice and health benefits
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing business operations including P&L accountability
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and certification processes

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding guest experience to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high quality of all products served
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new staff including hiring and firing
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and develop team members
  • Manage all store operations including labor hours and inventory control
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships with like-minded businesses
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and obtain ServSafe certification
