Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or food service management
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Knowledge of organic juice and health benefits

- Experience in managing business operations including P&L accountability

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding guest experience to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high quality of all products served
- Recruit, train, and supervise new staff including hiring and firing
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and develop team members
- Manage all store operations including labor hours and inventory control
- Develop and maintain community partnerships with like-minded businesses
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and obtain ServSafe certification
