Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team

Job Qualifications
- proven experience in management roles preferably in the food and beverage industry

- familiarity with food safety practices and ServSafe certification

- experience with financial management including P&L accountability
Job Duties
- oversee guest experience to ensure satisfaction
- maintain high quality of product and hygiene standards
- recruit, train, and supervise staff including conducting performance evaluations
- manage labor hours effectively
- develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales goals
- create and sustain community partnerships
- monitor inventory and place orders as needed
