Job Duties
- Makes juice drinks by instructions and recipes provided
- Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and merchandising
- Responsible for all items from the time the product is delivered to the back door until it is purchased by customers
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining all marketing programs
- Trains and develops all Juice Bar Department employees in product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills on an ongoing basis
- Maintains the appropriate profit margin according to the approved pre-set budget, including sales goals, cost of goods, labor, expenses, price changes, and waste management
