Job Duties
- Collect and manage applicants' personal information in compliance with CCPA
- Coordinate with third-party vendors during the recruitment process
- Conduct background checks and verify applicant qualifications
- Facilitate onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration for new hires
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive applicant data
- Support workers' compensation claims and workplace investigations
