Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- at least 3 months of customer service experience
- ability to handle stress and work well under pressure
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate juice bar technical equipment
- reliable cash handling skills
- commitment to cleanliness and safety
- basic computer literacy
- good organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3 months or more of customer service experience

- ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to learn and use technical equipment such as juicers and blenders
- ability to accurately exchange currency with customers
- ability to reconcile all cash and currency
- willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- ability to learn and use company computer to input data
- ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Prepare juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, pour Kombucha on tap
- service juice bar counter
- prepare foods for resale
- accurately handle cash and reconcile change due to customers
- open and/or close the juice bar as scheduled
- maintain cleanliness in every area of the store at all times
- deliver quality customer service at all times
- present a positive attitude towards the job and coworkers
- have strong organization and planning skills
- follow company policies and supervisors’ instructions
- be dependable and reliable with flexible scheduling availability
- assist the Juice Bar Manager on placing orders with vendors
- assist the Juice Bar Manager with inventories
- prepare and follow the Juice Bar break schedule
