Job Duties
- collect personal information from applicants according to cccpa guidelines
- conduct background checks and verify applicant information
- facilitate onboarding processes including payroll and benefits administration
- maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- manage workers compensation claims and workplace investigations
- ensure confidentiality and proper handling of biometric and health-related information
- collaborate with third-party vendors to support the recruitment process
