Job Duties
- collect and verify applicant personal information and documentation
- maintain compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations
- assist in conducting background checks and employment verifications
- facilitate onboarding and payroll administration
- ensure secure handling of sensitive applicant and employee data
- collaborate with Human Resources to manage employment records
- support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
