Job Duties
- Collect personal identifiers needed for employment processing
- Manage applicant and employee data in compliance with CCPA guidelines
- Assist in recruitment and employment decision processes
- Conduct and verify background checks as required
- Facilitate onboarding and payroll administration for new hires
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies and federal, state, and local laws
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive personal information
