Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach for specific objects at short distances in local working areas
- On occasion may be required to lift and carry heavy objects, push or pull heavy objects
- kneel, bend or stoop, and ascend or descend ladders or stairs
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment and in stressful situations
- Must respond to multiple task interruptions and still provide service to internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role may be beneficial but not always required
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Preparing and blending fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Providing information about ingredients, nutritional benefits, and menu options to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment and storage areas, and following food safety guidelines
- Monitoring and restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborating with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
- Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
