Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry administrative or sales support role or relevant internship experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Passion for teamwork and collaboration

Job Qualifications

Industry certifications are highly regarded
3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry administrative or sales support role especially in CPG or brokerage is preferred
Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience are considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong active listening skills and a passion for teamwork
Demonstrated self-motivation and problem-solving abilities
Meticulous attention to detail when handling financial and client data

Job Duties

Prepare and serve premium juices smoothies and food items ensuring every order meets quality standards
Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
Manage promotional fund reconciliation ensuring trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolve any claim alerts
Audit new customer orders to verify all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches price shifts and public-facing marketing info
Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
