Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-entry, administrative, or sales support role especially in CPG or brokerage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- Manage promotional fund reconciliation ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- Audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- Assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- Keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
