Job Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in data-entry, administrative, or sales support roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- experience in CPG or brokerage sectors is an advantage

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium juices, smoothies, and food items, ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- maintain and update vital client documents using specialized platforms like Acosta Sprint and Acosta Relay
- manage promotional fund reconciliation, ensuring that trade spend aligns with client budgets and resolving any claim alerts
- audit new customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- coordinate the entry of data for new product launches, price shifts, and public-facing marketing info
- assist the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of retail promotional campaigns
- keep precise records of store operations and sales data to support overall team efficiency
